All MASKWORLD beards are hand-knotted and shaped using a professional makeup artistry process to achieve a realistic appearance. The authentic color blending creates a particularly professional transformation effect, as quality hair products use two or more shades, just as natural hair does. Completely uniform color can therefore look dyed and unnatural. The highly durable combination of synthetic and real hair provides comfort during frequent use and a particularly realistic appearance. The Modacrylic synthetic hair of the full beard is easy to style and resistant to dirt and moisture. Synthetic hair can be styled, cut, washed, and braided like real hair. Use caution when reshaping it with hot steam, as dry, intense heat can melt the hair-thin fibers. A beard containing synthetic and real hair can be treated much like your own hair: it can be combed, braided, and reshaped with curling irons or other heated styling tools. However, this should be done very carefully because the beard is knotted onto a synthetic-fiber mesh that may melt under heat or tear if subjected to excessive strain. Only light-colored beard versions are suitable for dyeing. Because the hair has been heavily treated, it should be dyed only rarely, as applying additional chemicals could negatively affect product quality. Alternatively, the beard can be colored with Aqua Make-up.
