U-POL Raptor is a premium, super-strong and durable 2K urethane coating that protects against rust, corrosion, salt, moisture, and extreme temperatures. It restores even the most worn and uneven pickup truck beds or truck floors. It dries particularly quickly and provides a scratch- and stain-resistant, UV-resistant surface. It offers strong adhesion, is waterproof and flexible, and helps reduce noise and vibrations. Easy and quick to apply. Using Raptor Anti-Corrosive Epoxy Primer as a base coat is recommended. Apply with a Schutz gun, roller, or brush to achieve different textures. Pot life at 20C: approximately 60 minutes. Spray pressure with a UBS gun: 2.764.82 bar (4070 PSI). Raptor can be tinted with up to 10% basecoat. The basecoat must be a 2K acrylic paint. Ask about different shades; we will be happy to prepare an offer.
