Product descriptions MESAROS countersunk screws (DIN 7991) and low-profile hex nuts (DIN 439): Product information: These DIN 7991 countersunk screws have a metric fully threaded shank and an internal hex drive. They are among the most popular types of screws because the countersunk head helps prevent injuries and damage to objects. During installation, the head is recessed into the material, helping prevent it from catching. Hex nuts are often used in combination with countersunk screws. They are generally used for screw connections with limited load capacity, for example as lock nuts on joint heads or fork joints. Our hex nuts have a metric coarse thread.
