Description
- High-precision tool setting: The 1.6 mm (0.03 mm) precision thickness enables accurate workpiece-surface positioning, especially for high-precision tasks such as PCB engraving.
- Automatic tool-setting function: Z-axis detection uses the GRBL command G38.2. After contact, the system stops and automatically sets the origin, improving work efficiency and repeat-positioning accuracy.
- Plug-and-play design: The clip attaches directly to the tool, and the interface is pre-connected to the control board's A5 interface for the 3018Pro, eliminating complex wiring and enabling quick, easy installation.
- Intelligent thickness compensation: Supports automatic G92 offset compensation (default 1.6 mm, adjustable) to compensate for the probe plate thickness and ensure that the Z-axis zero point matches the actual workpiece surface.
- Safe and efficient operation: After detection is complete, the tool automatically rises to a safe height (G0 Z5) to help prevent collisions. A video guide is also provided for beginners.
