Hydraulic hose 1SN with a length of 10,000 mm, DN13 nominal diameter, 16S size, CES-DKOS90 connection, and M24 x 1.5 thread. The hose is suitable for mineral-based hydraulic fluids, glycol-water mixtures, water-oil emulsions, heating oil, and diesel. Connection options include a straight DKOS fitting, a 90 or 45 angled DKOS fitting, or a CES fitting. DKOS fittings feature a sealing cone with O-ring and 16S union nut; the CES fitting features an internal cone with a 16S external thread. The hose has an abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube that is resistant to oil, fuel, and weathering, with one high-tensile steel wire braid. Recommended fluids include petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, glycol-water-based fluids, and lubricants. Temperature resistance is -40C to +100C (-40F to +212F), briefly up to +120C (257F). The hose complies with DIN EN 853 and has a nominal pressure of 160 bar. As this hydraulic hose is manufactured to the customer's specified dimensions and requirements, it is a custom-made product and is excluded from return, exchange, or cancellation.
