The E220-400T30D is a wireless UART serial port module based on the LLCC68 and a new-generation LoRa spread-spectrum technology. It supports frequencies from 410.125 to 493.125 MHz, with 433.125 MHz as the default, and provides TTL-level output compatible with 3.3 V and 5 V I/O voltage. Features include user-configurable communication keys, LBT channel monitoring before transmission, RSSI signal-strength indication, air wake-up, point-to-point and broadcast transmission, channel sensing, and deep sleep with approximately 5 A total device consumption. The module includes an integrated PA and LNA. Parameters are retained after power-off, and the module resumes operation using the configured settings after power-on. A watchdog automatically restarts the module after an exception and continues operation with the previous parameter settings. EBYTE also offers customized development services.
