Condition: raw; the surface is protected by protective film from 40 mm diameter. Cutting: rough-sawn and deburred; length tolerance: -2/+3 mm. Temperature resistance: -20C to +80C. Processing: the material can be drilled, sawn, and milled easily and can be bonded well. Note: Adequate cooling is required at high cutting speeds because overheating caused by friction can make the acrylic glass begin to smear. This effect can be used for forming processes, as the glass becomes elastically flexible at approximately 150170C and can then be bent, stretched, expanded, or blow-molded.
