1-Piece 11PK780 Poly-V Belt, 780 mm Circumference, Fiberglass-Reinforced

Description

• Precision manufacturing: 3.56 mm rib spacing with fiberglass reinforcement for increased durability and load capacity.
• Efficient power transmission: 30% higher power output than conventional V-belts, ideal for compact motor drives.
• Quiet operation: Low vibration and noise from uniform rib distribution, suitable for high-speed applications up to 40 m/s.
• Durable design: Resistant to oil, heat, and abrasion for reliable use in industrial environments.
• Versatile compatibility: Fits small pulleys and multi-pulley systems in machinery such as agricultural and printing equipment.

This rubber PK multi-rib belt, with 3.56 mm rib spacing and fiberglass reinforcement, provides high-performance power transmission for industrial applications. Its compact design transmits 30% more power than standard V-belts while requiring 25% less space, making it suitable for motors, agricultural equipment, and conveyor systems. The 40 trapezoidal ribs ensure even load distribution and reduce slippage and vibration, including at speeds of up to 40 m/s. Made from oil- and heat-resistant rubber, it provides a long service life under high loads. Thanks to its high flexibility for small pulley diameters, this belt maintains stable performance in applications such as printing presses and logistics conveyors. The precision-molded structure minimizes elongation for consistent efficiency across various mechanical drive systems.
